The Almond Butter workout

This morning started off with me delaying my run after getting distracted by email… putting on sunblock as well as lastly hitting the road. I always do that in the winter season as well as it’s fine since the sun comes up later as well as it’s cold. however it’s getting hot in SoCal as well as is no bueno for running.

I curled my hair yesterday as well as the typical pigtail braids have a fun lil curl today. I still requirement a trim, however curled ends make it look a great deal much better than the typical scraggly.
