Anyways, after a long day of Matt Damon on the brain when we were trying to find up with a name for our “dump cookies” tonight I suggested Matt Damon Cookies as well as there was no looking back.
Matt Damon Cookies by Tina and Chandra as well as your Monican
Matt Damon Cookies
Makes 18 cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup rolled oats
4 tbsp butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups your option of goodies (chocolate chips, potato chips, raisins, nuts, other)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*F.
Combine all components in a big bowl. mix well up until batter is mixed evenly.
Portion cookies on a greased baking sheet, around 1-2 inches apart.
Bake cookies for around 12 minutes.
Remove cookies from baking sheet as well as enable to awesome on cable rack.
